Terms of Use

Booloop is made by Çağlar Bacanak. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
1. Coins, boosters and looks
- Coins, hints, swaps and looks are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game.
- Coins and boosters are used up when you spend them. Where iCloud sync is available and turned on, they travel with your iCloud account; otherwise they stay on the device where you got them.
- Prices in coins may change over time. A look you already own stays yours.
2. Purchases
- Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple's payment and refund rules apply. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- "Remove ads" and Past nights can be restored on any device with the same Apple Account (Settings → Restore purchases). Coins, hints and swaps are not restored this way; they move with your progress through iCloud where iCloud sync is on.
- Any purchase turns off the ads shown between nights. Optional ads that you choose to watch for a reward remain available.
- If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked may be removed.
3. Fair play
Please don't modify the app, interfere with its ads or purchases, or use bugs to gain coins or items. If something seems broken, tell me and I will fix it.
4. Changes to the game
I keep improving Booloop. Features, nights, prices and events may change or end. Daily Nights appear on the dates they are scheduled; missed nights can be played later only through Past nights.
5. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses or for loss of progress caused by events outside my control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
